Culpeper County, Virginia Septic System Repair Permitting and Inspection
Hey everyone!
So, we had this property in Amissville, Virginia, right in the heart of Culpeper County, that looked totally fine at first glance. But, when it was time for a real estate transfer, things got interesting. We pumped out the septic tank and uncovered the distribution tank, just part of the routine, you know? Then, we sent a camera down the header lines of the drainfield and, boy, did we find something. The black corrugated pipes were all crushed and weren’t doing their job distributing the effluent evenly.
The moment the septic evaluator saw this, we got the call to dive in deeper and figure out what to do next. Following our inspection, we hustled to get a repair permit submitted to the Culpeper County Health Department. We’re now on a mission to replace those header lines and will be doing a follow-up inspection to make sure everything’s up to snuff with the Virginia Department of Health standards.
We’re pushing hard to wrap this up within a week, just in time for the house closing. It’s a tight deadline, but we’re all about making things happen!
