Madison County Feasibility Study

During our recent onsite consultation in Madison, Virginia, we had the opportunity to explore the agricultural land for the potential of securing a sewage disposal system and constructing a water well.

Our preparation for the site meeting involved thorough research, including the examination of existing health department records, county archives, and soil maps. Additionally, we conducted a hands-on visit to the property where we meticulously reviewed the site’s characteristics and analyzed the soil using an auger.

Following this comprehensive evaluation, we compiled our findings into a detailed letter for the purchaser. This document is designed to assist them in making an informed decision regarding the real estate transfer.
