Frederick County, Virginia Perc Test For 3 Bedroom Drip Dispersal Drainfield Location
Hey there! Just wanted to share a quick update from this morning’s adventure in northern Frederick County, Virginia. We were out and about in Siler, near Howards Chapel, conducting a perc test for a 3-bedroom house. It was quite the morning!
Barry Hadley, our go-to AOSE, worked his magic and discovered a new location for the drainfield and well site that’s just perfect for the property owner. Back in 2001, the health department gave the thumbs up for an experimental system on this property, but alas, that approval has since expired.
Fast forward to today, and we’ve gone a step further by staking out a drip dispersal septic system. It’s a great fit for the property and aligns beautifully with the owner’s goals, especially since they’re gearing up to list the property for sale.
