The Plains, Virginia Septic System Final Inspection
In The Plains, Virginia, a Microfast treatment was applied to a shallow trench drainfield installation. The contractor responsible for the installation informed us upon completion. Our team conducted an inspection the very next day, examining the sewer line, septic tank, distribution box, conveyance line, and lateral lines. An as-built drawing of the finished system was prepared on-site, accompanied by a detailed written inspection report. Following our submission to the Fauquier County, Virginia Health Department, the property owner was granted an Operations Permit.
